 We'll Meet

 Your initial session takes place online by secure video or by phone call. We'll

 discuss your  personal nutrition needs, lifestyle, and objectives. 

 

 Work Together

 Together we'll define your nutrition goals and establish a dietary 

 regimen that is appropriate for you. As needed, we will set up 

 follow-up sessions to talk about your successes, challenges, and

 questions.

Prior to our first meeting, I will gather information about your needs and your goals so that when we get together, I will have a personalized plan available for our discussion.

Consultation Fees

• Initial Private Consultation

  • Video or Phone Call: $160

• Additional Follow-up Appointment 

  • Video or Phone Call: $70

 All payments can be made by cash, check or PayPal (including credit). 

 I do not take health  insurance but, when appropriate, will provide you with a

 Superbill to submit for reimbursement.

 All consultation can be done by video conferencing by appointment.
