Susan Raatz, PhD, MPH, RD
I have completed a B.S. in Dietetics at Northern Michigan University, Marquette; a M.S. in Foods and Nutrition at Eastern Michigan University, Ypsilanti; and a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Epidemiology and a Ph.D. in Human and Clinical Nutrition at the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis.
Prior to initiating a private practice, I worked at the USDA Human Nutrition Research Center in Grand Forks, ND and at the Department of Medicine at the University of Minnesota. Currently I am an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Food Science and Nutrition at the University of Minnesota.
